Corporate Sales Rates & FX

Your main tasks:

* Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate clients in Switzerland by identifying their needs for currency and interest rate hedging,
* structure and execute interest rate hedging solutions
* proactively propose customised hedging solutions to clients,
* identify and seize new business development opportunities in the foreign exchange, interest rate and derivatives markets,
* promote the BCV culture through very high-quality customer service in compliance with rules and the working framework,
* participate in promoting our solutions and tools (e.g. e-FOREX platform).

Your profile:

* University or advanced banking education,
* minimum 5 years of experience as a Rates & FX sales professional, ideally in a bank or financial institution with a focus on corporate clients,
* excellent/extensive understanding of interest rate markets
* good network in the Swiss corporate market
* excellent knowledge of FX instruments (spot, forward, option) and Rates (IRS, Cap, Floor) as well as hedging solutions,
* entrepreneurial spirit and collegial attitude,
* ability to build trustful relationships, perseverance and autonomy,
* fluent in French and excellent knowledge of English, German is an asset
