Your Tasks
- Work as a Certified Expert in Emergency Nursing NDS HF
- Co-responsibility for the leadership and organisation of the nursing team
- Promotion and support of the professional and personal development of employees
- Ensuring a structured induction and supervision of new employees
- Co-designing framework conditions for high-quality nursing and treatment
- Role modelling and promoting constructive interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
- Active participation in change and development processes
- Supporting the management team in organisational development in the new "Dreiklang" building
Your Profile
- Completed postgraduate studies as a Certified Expert in Emergency Nursing NDS HF
- At least 3 years of professional experience in an emergency department at a Swiss acute hospital
- Ideally, initial leadership experience
- Completed management or leadership training or willingness to undertake such training
- High social and self-competence, as well as organisational talent
- Transparent and appreciative communication and leadership culture
- Enjoyment in actively shaping changes and developments
- Motivation to actively help shape the establishment and further development in Dreiklang
