For one of our partners located in the Bernese Jura, we are looking for a committed and motivated person to join a small, close-knit team, for a 80% position, with a genuine prospect of medium or long-term collaboration.

Your profile

• Holder of a HES nursing diploma or a foreign diploma with Swiss Red Cross recognition.
• Experience in psychogeriatrics and/or psychiatry.
• Comfortable supporting people with cognitive or psychological disorders.
• Calm, patient, empathetic and able to maintain perspective in complex situations.
• Autonomous in your work while appreciating collaboration and exchanges with colleagues.
• Reliable, responsible and organised.
• Someone seeking a stable and lasting collaboration, not just a short-term assignment.
• Comfortable in an environment where communication, trust and mutual support are essential.

Your mission

• Provide nursing care and comprehensive support to residents.
• Assess their health status and adapt care according to their needs.
• Ensure follow-up of treatments and medical prescriptions.
• Participate in the care of people with cognitive, psychological or behavioural disorders.
• Establish a relationship of trust with residents and their relatives.
• Observe, analyse and communicate important information regarding residents’ progress.
• Work closely with the care team and various stakeholders.
• Actively participate in the quality of care and daily support.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, caring and respectful environment for residents.
