For our location in Lenzburg, we are looking to strengthen our team with a service technician immediately or by arrangement.
Your Qualifications
- You have completed an apprenticeship as an electrician (EFZ)
- You have several years of professional experience / further training
- Driving licence with Cat. B
- You have a neat appearance and can integrate well into the team
Your Area of Responsibility
You are responsible for the optimal and correct handling of service orders.
This includes:
- Customer care from A to Z
- Independent appointment scheduling
- Material management and ordering for your own assignments
- Clean, correct, and timely completion of installation or repair orders
- Filling out work reports including material details
- Targeted leadership
- Training and supervision of assigned subordinate employees
- You are willing to perform on-call duty
- You are interested in expanding our company’s service offerings
