Our client, Geistlich Immobilia AG based in Schlieren, is the real estate company of the traditional Geistlich Group. As the owner of an attractive real estate portfolio, it manages and develops its properties with foresight, quality awareness, and a long-term, sustainable approach. In addition to managing existing residential and commercial properties, exciting new construction and development projects are also a focus. Property Manager 50–70%

Your tasks

• Independent and comprehensive management of an own real estate portfolio consisting mainly of residential properties and a smaller commercial share
• Management of tenancy agreements from letting to termination including viewings, apartment inspections and handovers, as well as preparation of rental contracts
• Professional support of tenants as well as contact with authorities, craft businesses, and caretakers
• Organisation and coordination of maintenance and repair work as well as commissioning of external service providers
• Implementation of rental contract changes, rent adjustments, and indexed rent adjustments
• Maintenance and assurance of an up-to-date and complete data base
• Participation in exciting real estate projects, for example in initial lettings and tenant fit-outs
• Support with service charge accounting in cooperation with the property accounting department
• Verification of creditor invoices and support in dunning procedures

Your profile

• Federal diploma in property management or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in property management
• Good knowledge of tenancy law as well as solid technical and construction understanding
• Independent, structured, and precise working style with a strong sense of responsibility
• Professional, engaging manner and enjoyment in personal contact with various stakeholders
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Openness to new working methods and interest in digital processes
• Good MS Office skills as well as experience with common property management software; knowledge of PROPbase/AbaImmo is an advantage
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
