Your Team

In patient management, we are looking for a committed team player for inpatient therapy scheduling. Therapy scheduling is responsible for the disposition of all patients and is an important hub in the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. Together, we ensure that our patients receive optimal therapeutic care and that resources are distributed as effectively as possible.

What Awaits You

• Disposition of inpatient patients using IT software (RehaTIS)
• Creation of individual therapy plans
• Contact with internal and external bodies
• Work in an interprofessional team
• Planning of therapeutic services (e.g. appointment adjustments and requests from doctors, therapists and nursing staff)
• Controlling therapy plans according to current tariff requirements

What You Bring

• Confident use of IT and data systems
• Experience with RehaTIS is an advantage
• Training in the administrative field
• Interest in healthcare
• Strong skills for teamwork
• Reliable, independent and precise working style, as well as a high sense of responsibility
• Flexible, resilient personality
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
