The Swiss Foundation for Guide Dogs for the Blind in Allschwil BL has existed since 1972 and is financed through donations, legacies, and the Federal Disability Insurance. It is responsible for the breeding, raising, and training of guide dogs for the blind, assistance and social dogs, and autism companion dogs. Tasks
• Support of the management in organizational and administrative tasks
• Preparation and follow-up of meeting documents, key figures, statistics, presentations, and minute-taking
• Coordination and organization of visits, meetings, workshops, and events
• Participation in processes related to fundraising management
• General correspondence in various languages
• Telephone, emails, and reception (in addition to other employees)
• Participation and coordination in various projects
Requirements
• Completed commercial basic training with further education as an executive assistant
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Experience in project management and fundraising is an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills
• Languages: German, French, and English spoken and written.
• Willingness to work outside usual working hours
• Reliable, animal-loving, and responsible personality with organizational talent and professional appearance
• Driver's license category B
