You are responsible for professional and individual care and support of our residents.
You recognize emergency situations early and manage them confidently together with the house manager.
You actively assist with daily care – always oriented to the kinesthetic approach – and are committed to supporting and training our apprentices.
You take over the daily responsibility of the department during the early or late shift.
You supervise FaGe and AGS apprentices according to the training assignment.
You independently, carefully, and thoroughly maintain the electronic care documentation.
You professionally conduct RAI assessments and derive nursing measures from them.

What You Bring

Qualification as Health Specialist EFZ
Ideally, you have already completed the short trainer course
Proud of your important, meaningful, and versatile profession
Enjoy being part of a team and "closer to people"
Good oral and written German skills
You are an organizational talent with the ambition to design everyday nursing efficiently and proactively.
