The Wildbach Wetzikon is home to 168 residents and an employer for 280 staff. The modern care centre is situated in the middle of a beautiful park within a short walking distance to Wetzikon station.

To strengthen our education team, we are looking for a committed and reliable individual to work in the care sector. In this versatile role, you will be an important contact person for our apprentices FAGE EFZ, AGS EBA, HF Nursing students, vocational trainers in the care sector, and team leaders.
These are your tasks:
- Responsibility for several AGS and FaGe apprentices in various departments as well as individual support in their learning process
- Supervision of HF Nursing students during their internship
- Conducting learning support, competency assessments, and preparing educational reports
- The opportunity to design and independently conduct learning sessions didactically
You bring with you:
- Comprehensive expertise as a qualified HF nursing professional
- Experience as a vocational trainer and enthusiasm for fostering young talent at different training levels
- SVEB 1 or willingness to obtain it
- You possess a high quality awareness
- You understand how to communicate professionally with different parties
