Our client is a modernly designed and recently renovated retirement and nursing centre in Central Switzerland, offering residents and tenants of the attached retirement apartments a true home. Characterised by a person-centred and mindful care culture, the institution places great importance on appreciation, open communication, and respectful interaction within the team. To strengthen the team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a reliable and competent person as a Health Specialist EFZ or Nursing Specialist HF for the night shift.

Health Specialist EFZ or Nursing Specialist HF 40-60 (m/f/d)

- Taking on situational leadership tasks as night supervisor

- Providing needs- and requirement-based care for residents

- Professional and appreciative interdisciplinary collaboration

- Implementation of medically prescribed measures

- Digital documentation of the care process

- Ensuring individual care even in demanding situations

- Passing on knowledge and experience to trainees

- Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ or Nursing Specialist HF

- Good written and spoken German skills are an advantage
