Your Tasks
As a certified nursing specialist HF/FH you will take on...
- the competent and individual care and support of our clients in their homes
- the independent implementation and monitoring of treatment nursing measures
- the professional and needs-oriented organisation of your care assignments
- collaboration with relatives, doctors, and other specialist agencies
- careful and complete nursing documentation
- responsibility for high-quality care and professional client support
As a health specialist EFZ you will take on...
- the professional care and support of our clients in their homes.
- the execution of delegated treatment nursing measures.
- support in everyday activities and promotion of our clients’ independence.
- careful documentation of your assignments.
- close cooperation with certified nursing specialists and the interprofessional team.
- responsibility for warm, individual, and high-quality care.
What You Bring
As a certified nursing specialist HF/FH:
- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF, FH, AKP or DN II.
- Enjoyment of independent work and outpatient care.
- Responsibility, expertise, and a reliable working style.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on assignments as needed.
- Driving licence category B and own vehicle.
- Willingness to travel within the canton of Zug.
As a health specialist EFZ:
- Completed training as a health specialist EFZ.
- Enjoyment of working with people and a varied role.
- Independent, reliable, and responsible working style.
- Flexibility and willingness to support our team during shortages and absences.
- Driving licence category B and own vehicle.
- Willingness to travel within the canton of Zug.
