Billing Clerk with Freight Forwarding Knowledge (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team in Switzerland, we are looking for a committed and detail-oriented billing clerk with freight forwarding knowledge (m/f/d).

Your Tasks

• Creation and verification of invoices for our customers in compliance with applicable regulations and internal guidelines.
• Handling customer enquiries related to invoices and payments.
• Collaboration with internal departments such as Operations, Sales and Customer Service to ensure smooth processing of billing.
• Monitoring and clarification of outstanding items as well as support with account reconciliation.

 

Your Profile

• Experience in billing and knowledge in the freight forwarding/shipping sector are advantageous.
• Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
• Strong numerical affinity and a structured, precise way of working.
• Team spirit, strong communication skills and customer orientation.
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written,
