Your tasks
You keep things running – specifically at our potting machine! You set it up for the different cultures, operate and monitor the entire potting process, always keeping an eye on the quality of our plants. You also lend a hand beside the machine and support the necessary cultivation and care work. Together with your team, you ensure that our plants are perfectly prepared for the next step.
Your profile
Plants are your world and you have a really good green thumb? Perfect! Ideally, you have training as a gardener and are knowledgeable about plants. You are organised, enjoy getting stuck in and keep an overview even on busy days. With your open and motivated manner, you bring fresh energy to the team and communicate confidently in German. A category B driving licence is an additional advantage.
