Finance Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 120,000Role:
Our client is a modern public administration in a traditional Swiss municipality. The municipal administration undertakes a variety of tasks for the population and ensures reliable and citizen-oriented provision of important municipal services.
You can expect a varied and responsible working environment with short decision-making paths and direct scope for design. Collegial cooperation, personal responsibility, and the individual contribution to the further development of the municipality are particularly valued.
Responsibilities:
You take on the process responsibility for budgeting and multi-year planning and ensure effective controlling of the municipal finances.
You accompany the annual financial statements in close cooperation with the head of finance and are responsible for the proper implementation of the corresponding tasks.
You ensure an effective internal control system and continuously develop it for the administration and the affiliated institutions.
As a contact person for the financial applications, you manage Abacus and Innosolv, maintain relevant master data, and support employees in their use.
You lead digitalisation projects around M365 and GEVER with a focus on finance and support the further development of the municipal ICT strategy.
Qualifications:
A further education in finance at FH, university, or comparable level forms your professional basis.
You bring several years of professional experience in finance and ICT environments as well as additional training in ICT.
You work confidently with Abacus, Innosolv, and M365.
Solid practical experience with HRM2 and a good understanding of municipal financial processes distinguish you.
You have fluent German language skills.
