We at Spitex Uster, a business unit of the City of Uster, are looking for committed colleagues who want to ensure and advance outpatient care, support, and assistance for around 40,500 residents in the City of Uster and the Municipality of Mönchaltorf together with us.
Our range of services includes both somatic and psychiatric care, counselling, domestic help and support, as well as the Spitex shop. In addition, we are a training and internship location and a member of the Gesundheitsmeile Uster training cooperation. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of our clients through professional, caring, and individual care, support, and household assistance. With our help, clients can remain in their familiar environment or return home earlier after a hospital stay.

To strengthen our competent team at Spitex Uster, we are looking for you for this flexible combined position immediately or by arrangement as
Your main tasks
- As deployment planner (dispatcher):
- Receive, process and triage internal and external registrations
- Organisation and planning of all client assignments in the care sector
- Interface management: internal, external
- Telephone service, including receiving feedback and complaints and correctly forwarding them to the responsible persons
- Weekend service in the home office approx. 1-2 times/month
- As a health specialist:
- Implement the care process and work closely with the case managers
- Resource-oriented care and support of our clients
- Accompany and guide trainees during their training process
- Electronic documentation of services and observations
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
You bring with you
- Completed EFZ training as FaGe
- Enjoyment in caring for and supporting our clients as well as a high degree of independence and personal responsibility
- Digital proficiency for daily electronic administration
- Experience with Perigon and in Spitex deployment planning is essential
- Good oral and written German skills
- Optionally own car (kilometre allowance by Spitex) or driving licence category B alternatively e-bikes are available
