Reception and Switchboard Employee with French, Italian, and German Skills (100%)

General handling of telephone customer inquiries in the reception team
Personal reception and care of guests at our location in Horgen
Organizing business trips
Ensuring and organizing equipment for internal and external meetings
Office material management
Very good German and French skills (ideally bilingual), good Italian and English skills
Experience as a switchboard operator is an advantage
Well-groomed appearance with good manners
Strong service orientation and responsible working style
Commercial training and several years of professional experience are an advantage
Good MS Office user skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
An interesting and varied activity in a beautiful location high above Lake Zurich
