Activities

Independently create CNC programmes with CAM systems such as Mastercam or WinFlex
Set up machines and monitor production processes
Ensure quality through inspections and drive process optimisations
Lead a small team and efficiently plan production orders
Comply with guidelines and actively participate in projects

Requirements

Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ
Solid experience in turning and handling controls such as WinFlex, Fanuc or Mazatrol
Great care and a pronounced quality awareness
Cooperative and respectful working style within the team
Initial knowledge in resource planning of employees and machines
