Polymechanic - CNC Production with Team Leadership Role

• Independently create CNC programmes with CAM systems such as Mastercam or WinFlex
• Set up machines and monitor production processes
• Ensure quality through inspections and drive process optimisations
• Lead a small team and efficiently plan production orders
• Comply with guidelines and actively participate in projects

• Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ
• Solid experience in turning and handling controls such as WinFlex, Fanuc or Mazatrol
• Great care and a pronounced quality awareness
• Cooperative and respectful working style within the team
• Initial knowledge in resource planning of employees and machines
