We are looking for a collaborator for our Technical Products department at our FNAC Neuchâtel store for an indefinite duration at 50-70%. Position to be filled as soon as possible.
Your Missions
• You are responsible for informing customers to guarantee them quality service
• You handle product checkouts
• You promote Fnac services and the Fnac card to build customer loyalty
• Work in the fields of Technical Products: computers, office equipment, image, sound, telephony
• Ensure merchandising compliance and maintain the quality of your department's presentation
• Participate in stock management and the assortment offered to our customers
