🎯 YOUR PROFILE

• Completed commercial vocational training with further education in Revenue Management
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the same or a comparable position in 4* or 5* hospitality
• Fluent German and English skills are required, any additional language such as Italian is an advantage
• Strong service orientation, high quality awareness and attention to detail
• Well-groomed appearance, professional manners and friendly demeanour
• Empathetic and discreet personality, as well as willingness to go the extra mile

📄 YOUR TASKS

• Responsibility for the entire reservation management
• Leadership, training and scheduling of the reservation team (2 persons) - Careful input and management of guest and reservation data as well as availabilities - Acceptance and processing of all reservations including system bookings with ReGuest - Ensuring smooth operation according to guidelines according to LQA, Forbes and quality management system - Commission accounting
• Creation and evaluation of various statistics (including forecast, monthly reporting, annual reporting) - Development and implementation of pricing strategies to maximise revenue (Yield Management) - Analysis & reporting: monitoring of KPIs
• Work with property management systems (Protel), channel managers (Synexis) and revenue management software
• Optimisation of channels (website, OTAs, GDS)
• Taking over duty manager shifts
