Lead your team to success with your knowledge and experience and inspire our customers with smooth and professional service Your main tasks: * Operational and financial responsibility for the Facility Services portfolio including cost, personnel, and budget responsibility * Leadership, planning, support, and development of a team of around 33 Placemakers * Consulting and accompanying the customer as a "single point of contact" * Independent handling of property-specific tasks and contractual services * Continuous increase of customer satisfaction by contributing innovative ideas * Responsible for occupational safety and health protection within the mandate Your profile: * Completed vocational training in Facility Management or Hospitality/Gastronomy * Further education at the level of professional examination or university of applied sciences * At least 5 years of leadership experience in a comparable position * Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills * Natural assertiveness and joy in lifelong learning * Excellent German language skills * English and any other language are an advantage Ready for us?
