Operator Cleanroom Chip-on-Board Manufacturing (a) Zurich City

Microdul AG in Zurich City specialises in high-quality microelectronics with around 100 employees across three business areas: Modules, Semiconductors and Thick Film. Our core competence lies in the development and production of miniaturised electronic circuits, realised in close collaboration with our customers - mainly in medical technology. For the Chip-on-Board manufacturing department, we are looking for a new team member by arrangement.

• Setting up and operating machines for Chip-on-Board production (backend)
• Preparing the required manufacturing materials
• Performing die-bond and wire-bond processes (microelectronic packaging)
• Conducting pull and shear tests for quality control
• Dispensing products with Globtop and Underfill as well as performing visual inspections with a microscope
• Carrying out maintenance work after appropriate training
• Reworking all Chip-on-Board process steps
• Documenting all work steps in the ERP and traceability system
• Working in the ISO 5 class cleanroom and at the microscope
• Adhering to quality, process and cleanroom regulations

• Completed vocational training or comparable professional experience in electronics/microelectronics
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as basic knowledge of English
• Creativity and analytical thinking to solve technical challenges
• Reliable and careful handling of sensitive components, precise working method
• Resilience, initiative and ability to work independently
• Work is in a two-shift operation
