Building Services Planner (m/f/d)

Role:
As a Building Services Planner Sanitary, you develop and implement sustainable, modern solutions in new build and renovation projects. You work closely with architects, clients, and specialist planners and contribute decisively to the successful project implementation with your technical know-how and precise working style.
Responsibilities:
Planning and implementation of sanitary concepts in all project phases
Creation of 2D/3D plans, principle schematics, and detail drawings
Carrying out calculations, dimensioning, and design
Preparation of tender documents and quotations
Coordination of site inspections and specialist site management on site
Participation in BIM projects and close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
Training as a Building Services Planner Sanitary EFZ or equivalent
Confident use of CAD software (e.g. Nova, Revit)
Experience in project planning and structured working methods
Analytical thinking, technical understanding, and teamwork skills
Very good German language skills spoken and written
