Technical Measurement Control Employee (m/f/d)
Your new tasks
- Entering kitchen measurements
- Technical control of kitchen plans
- Ordering kitchens from our manufacturers
- Creating installation plans for kitchen renovations
- Responsibility for final coordination with sales and our customers
- Checking order confirmations
- Adherence to deadlines & deadline monitoring
- Contact person for technical concerns before and during installation (customers, plumbers, electricians, fitters)
- Weekly sending of possible installation weeks to sales
- Ensuring support in defect rectification and project completion
What you bring with you
- Experience in kitchen sales, kitchen planning or kitchen installation
- Good IT skills (CARAT knowledge is a plus)
- Team player; but also motivated to work independently
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Conflict management
- Technical understanding
- Empathetic, loyal and strong organisational skills
- Written and spoken French skills
