- Responsibility for the administrative and organisational handling of daily business, including correspondence, scheduling, and monitoring of deadlines
- Independent processing of vehicle decommissioning as well as accompanying the entire sales process until successful completion
- Participation in projects as well as taking on special tasks and cross-departmental activities
- Supporting the supervisor in coordinating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including attending meetings
- Active assistance in the warehouse and sales in the two Liq-Shops Münchenbuchsee and Thun
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial, technical or comparable training, ideally with completed training as an automobile or commercial vehicle mechanic
- Several years of professional experience in an administrative, logistical or sales-oriented role
- Independent, structured and reliable working style as well as pronounced organisational skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a good understanding of business management contexts
- Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office products and affinity for digital systems
- Ability to use, maintain and further develop existing contacts and networks in a targeted manner
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of French and/or English is an advantage
- Team-oriented, resilient and flexible personality with high initiative and sense of responsibility
- Driving licence category B
