- Write precise interview reports that reflect the skills, experience, motivations, and key elements of each application,
- Support candidates throughout the process and ensure regular and professional follow-up,

Fully practising your recruiter role, from analysing the need to supporting the candidate, with particular attention to recruitment quality.
Working alongside IT specialists, who help better understand the professions, technical environments, and challenges faced by our clients.

Working on varied assignments, both for the group’s internal needs and for companies and organisations in French-speaking Switzerland.
Participating in the development of a growing structure, where your ideas, experience, and ability to take initiatives can directly contribute to evolving our practices.
Finally, we place particular importance on ethics, confidentiality, quality of work performed, and respect for commitments made to our candidates as well as our clients.
