Start date: 1.09.2026
Contract duration: 1 year, renewable once for 2 years, maximum 3 years
Activity rate: 80%
Workplace: Géopolis, Lausanne-Dorigny
Gross annual salary: CHF 83,160.- at 100%, increasing each year according to the scale .
Your activities
Task description:
- At least 50% of the activity rate will be dedicated to conducting personal research
- Up to 50% of the activity rate will be devoted to supporting teaching and research tasks (Teaching activities under the responsibility of a professor, MER, MA. Research work not related to personal research and technical and administrative activities related to the teaching and research activities of the Unit.)

Your profile
We wish to recruit, to complete our team, a person with the following profile:
- PhD in psychology, social psychology or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Proficiency in French and English
- Good basic knowledge of social psychology, and in life-span psychology or community psychology
- Interest in the links between local environments, social integration (or social capital, social networks, etc.) and health
- Possibly interest in community intervention and collaborative or participatory research.
