Workload

80 - 100% permanent position, according to preference

With prospects of

• 6 extra days holiday per year (total 31 days/year, over 50 even 36 days) or 2.5% more salary - you choose!
• No external temporary staff
• No night shifts

• Allowances CHF 6 per hour from 8 pm as well as on Saturdays and Sundays

• Assume professional leadership
• Participate in the practical further development of care quality in close cooperation with the team of the care development department

• Interprofessional collaboration: interface between professional groups, promoting exchange and joint decisions
• Clinical activity: take the lead in complex nursing situations
