Introduction

Tasks

• Professional and personnel management of the kitchen team as well as targeted development of employees
• Ensuring efficient and high-quality production of around 130 meals at lunchtime and approx. 100 meals in the evening daily
• Organisation and coordination of catering across two locations
• Active development of processes and workflows in kitchen operations
• Promotion of an open and structured team culture with clear distribution of responsibilities
• Responsibility for compliance with quality and hygiene standards
• Planning, ordering and economical use of goods
• Co-responsibility for the training and support of apprentices

Profile

• Completed training as a cook with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) with further training in the area of diet kitchen
• Further training as head chef or comparable qualification with a federal diploma
• Experience in the development and optimisation of kitchen processes
• Leadership experience with a modern, cooperative leadership style
• Structured, solution-oriented and economical way of thinking
• Organisational strength as well as pronounced sense of responsibility
