Introduction

Tasks
- Professional and personnel management of the kitchen team as well as targeted development of employees
- Ensuring efficient and high-quality production of around 130 meals at lunchtime and approx. 100 meals in the evening daily
- Organisation and coordination of catering across two locations
- Active development of processes and workflows in kitchen operations
- Promotion of an open and structured team culture with clear distribution of responsibilities
- Responsibility for compliance with quality and hygiene standards
- Planning, ordering and economical use of goods
- Co-responsibility for the training and support of apprentices
Profile
- Completed training as a cook with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) with further training in the area of diet kitchen
- Further training as head chef or comparable qualification with a federal diploma
- Experience in the development and optimisation of kitchen processes
- Leadership experience with a modern, cooperative leadership style
- Structured, solution-oriented and economical way of thinking
- Organisational strength as well as pronounced sense of responsibility
