This is where you get involved
- in admission planning, bed management and transfers
- in ensuring administrative processes
- in handling email enquiries and all KISIM mailboxes
- in interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors and MPAs
- responsible for appointment scheduling, coordination and the smooth running of the anaesthesia consultation
- in patient reception and telephone contact with patients as well as internal and external offices
- in the surgical planning of the operative clinics (Department I)
You
- have completed vocational training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ or commercial clerk EFZ (further training as a medical and hospital secretary is an advantage)
- already have several years of professional experience as a medical secretary in a similar position
- have empathetic and customer-oriented manners
- have good PC skills, KISIM experience is an advantage
- have confident German language skills
- are an organisational talent
- are a team player, friendly, flexible and resilient personality
