«Together we move forward» - At the Schlossmatt Center, around 300 employees from various fields work daily for the well-being of 186 residents. Our care center specializes in the complex care of people with multiple disabilities, dementia care, and short stays for transitional or rehabilitation care. In addition to our diverse therapy offerings, we also have a day center, a daycare, and a restaurant for intergenerational encounters.What does your everyday life look like?
- You can expect a varied and practical training
- You will gain insights into various areas such as reception, registration & consulting, HR, as well as finance & controlling
- Contact with clients – personally or behind the scenes – is just as important as administrative tasks
- You will learn the processes from A to Z and gradually grow into your tasks

What prerequisites do you bring?
- You enjoy interacting with people of different age groups
- A responsible handling of confidential information is a matter of course for you
- You are reliable, motivated, and enjoy working in a team
- You have good manners and very good German language skills
- You enjoy working on the computer – a typing course is an advantage
