Accounts Receivable Clerk
Responsibilities
- Post accounts receivable invoices in the Fiori customer invoicing tool and manage open items within your area of responsibility
- Monitor interfaces, analyse and resolve errors, and manage various general mailboxes
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and prepare credit checks
- Prepare periodic reports and conduct ad-hoc analyses
- Participate in digitalisation projects and drive optimisations in the accounts receivable process
Requirements
- Commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further education in accounting, e.g. as an accounting clerk
- Several years of professional experience in accounting as well as good SAP and MS Office skills, especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; French skills are an advantage
- Service-oriented personality with quick comprehension and a networked way of thinking
- Agile working style and enjoyment of a dynamic environment
