For over 200 years, GVZ Building Insurance Canton Zurich has insured all buildings in the Canton of Zurich against fire and natural hazard damage and is committed to protecting people, animals, and property through prevention and intervention. With our commitment to fire protection, natural hazard prevention, and fire brigades, we ensure greater safety in the Canton of Zurich.
For our insurance department, we are looking for immediate support until the end of May 2027 to relieve the field service in the area of damage due to the currently numerous damage inquiries and reports.
KTZH - TEMPORARY DAMAGE SUPPORT FIELD SERVICE 80-100%
How you can contribute with us
- Scheduling appointments for damage inspections with customers
- Damage recording and documentation on site
- Determining damage amounts using available tools
- Creating damage items in the damage processing system
What you bring with you
- Technical training and professional experience in building technology/facility management
- Enjoyment of intensive direct customer contact as well as technical affinity
- High service orientation and quick comprehension
- Open, friendly, and convincing manner
- Very good IT affinity (e.g. handling MS Office)
- Very good oral and written German skills are essential
