About the job
Rheonics is seeking a production technician who will be assembling and testing our sensor products and their accessories. Support the RnD team in building prototypes as well as work in our sensor calibration lab. Rheonics technical and operations team is based in multiple locations worldwide and use English as the common language internally. This position is based in Winterthur, Switzerland.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble Rheonics sensor probes, accessory systems, and sensor electronics
- Laserwelding of Sensor Probes and Accessories
- Perform Sensor calibration
- Testing of Rheoincs Products during their life cycle and in RnD support
- RnD support in testing and building prototypes
- Machine prototypes and manufacturing tools
- Cooperate with team members to resolve problems related to anything mechanical
- Adopting collaboration tools and agile methodologies currently used by Rheonics team members
Qualifications
- Polymechanic or similar
- Experience in mechanical assemblies
- Ability to build and test prototypes and production systems
- Experience with high-precision manufacturing
- Fluency in English or German
- Passionate about precision, automation, and high quality
Desirable:
- Experience with laser welding
- Experience with prototyping
- Background in measurement technology
