Your Tasks
- You carry out maintenance work according to maintenance plans as well as warranty services, repairs and troubleshooting on medical devices and systems
- You are responsible for the commissioning of devices and support and advise the customer in the medical technology field
- You carry out field actions and support sales in replacement procurement and special sales programmes
- You ensure the correct recording of maintenance and the installed base at the customer
- After appropriate introduction, you also provide on-call service
- Assignments mainly in hospitals in the Zurich area, residence in the deployment area desired
Your Profile
- You have training as an electronics technician, automation technician, polymechanic, or similar. Good IT user and network knowledge is required
- You are open to new things and willing to acquire broad product knowledge as well as to use internal and external training opportunities to stay current and up to date professionally
- Professional experience is desirable
- In addition, good English skills (written and spoken) are required
- You are a customer-oriented, responsible and quality-conscious personality, flexible and remain calm and confident even under high demands
