To strengthen our ICT department at the Zurich location, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a computer scientist specializing in platform development or system technology.Your tasks
Handling incidents and service requests in IT support
Collaborating in the operation, management, and further development of the Microsoft 365 platform (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID)
Developing automations with PowerShell, Power Apps, and Power Automate
Operation and maintenance of the Windows client environment, workstations, and printing systems
Operation and maintenance of the network and Windows server infrastructure
Support during application introductions as well as rollouts and go-live projects
Participation in the procurement process and maintenance of order and inventory overviews
Training and supporting users in handling Microsoft 365 and other IT tools
Participation in IT projects and support in their structured implementation
What you bring
Completed training in computer science or a comparable qualification
Knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server / Clients and Microsoft 365
Good technical understanding with comprehensive analytical and conceptual skills
Proactive, systematic, and independent working style
Good problem-solving skills and a structured way of working
Very good German skills as well as pronounced communication skills
