Production Manager 100 %
Your tasks:
You will lead the areas of production, planning and logistics both professionally and personally, and together with your teams ensure timely, efficient and economical order processing – with strict adherence to GMP and GDP requirementsYou lead and develop our team leaders and employees and create the conditions for a high-performance productionYou are responsible for production, capacity and order planning as well as the timely, cost- and quality-conscious processing of our packaging ordersYou ensure the availability of equipment and capacity as well as a smooth production process from planning to deliveryYou optimise goods flow, storage and processes and actively promote lean management, continuous improvements and shopfloor managementYou work closely with quality assurance, engineering, planning as well as other internal and external interfaces and support sustainable problem-solving in case of deviations and complaintsYou support the COO in overarching operational and strategic tasks
Your profile:
Completed technical or scientific training or equivalent studies
Several years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with responsibility for several areasExperience in the pharmaceutical, medical technology or food industryKnowledge of the packaging industry is an advantageSound knowledge of GMP/GDP as well as handling quality-relevant processesStrong organisational and process understanding as well as a structured and precise way of workingEnjoyment of continuous improvement and the development of employees and organisationsHigh social competence and convincing communication skills in dealing with different interfaces and stakeholdersVery good German and English skills, both spoken and written
