Your Tasks

You take responsibility for the proper application of the RAI NH instrument.
You ensure that all codings are correct and comprehensible, always based on carefully maintained nursing documentation.
You identify optimization potentials and implement targeted measures to further develop processes efficiently, economically, and quality-oriented.
You support the teams practically with questions regarding RAI NH.
You conduct internal training sessions and ensure that new employees are introduced safely and competently to the application of RAI NH.
With your commitment, you ensure that the RAI NH classifications are not only professionally sound but also play a key role in our company’s success.
You are the contact person for health insurance companies and responsible for audits.
Depending on your employment wishes, you take on additional tasks.

What You Bring

You have completed training in nursing (at least at tertiary level), several years of professional experience in everyday nursing, and a qualification as a RAI expert.
You think quality-conscious and economically and want to actively shape the nursing process as well as the company’s success with your expertise.
You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented, even in demanding situations.
You enjoy passing on your knowledge and professionally supporting the teams in training, introductions, and daily work.
You are team-oriented, communicative, and open to appreciative collaboration at eye level.
You find it easy to work with digital tools.
