Tasks
- Verantwortung für ambulante psychiatrische Pflegeprozesse übernehmen.

- Aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung des Kompetenzzentrums Psychiatrie mitwirken.
Skills
- Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit Schwerpunkt Psychiatrie erforderlich.
- Erfahrung in der stationären Psychiatrie ist von Vorteil.
- Führerausweis Kat. B, idealerweise mit eigenem Fahrzeug.

Nurse HF/FH for the Competence Centre Psychiatry 60-80%
Your tasks
- You apply your expertise specifically in outpatient psychiatric care
- As the case-leading nurse, you independently manage the entire care process of your clients and conduct needs assessments according to interRAI-CMH
- In close collaboration with relatives, doctors, clinics and other specialist agencies, you ensure holistic care
- Within the team, you represent your colleagues internally and externally and actively engage in committees of the Competence Centre Psychiatry
- Within our self-organised team, you take responsibility and actively contribute to the further development of the Competence Centre Psychiatry
Requirements profile
- Diploma as a nurse HF/FH with a focus on psychiatry
- Several years of professional experience in inpatient psychiatry (ideally with ZSR number)
- Enjoyment of a varied working environment as well as independent, responsible working methods
- Responsibility for the entire care process of your clients
- Driving licence category B, ideally with own vehicle
