Intervention and Patrol Service Specialist (m/f/d)

What you can achieve:

• Patrol rounds and security checks at customers
• Responding to alarm messages and independently carrying out interventions
• Ensuring operational support during daily operations
• Administrative tasks related to operational events
• Situation-appropriate communication with customers and operational partners
• Flexible deployment planning between patrol service (evenings/nights) and intervention service (afternoons/evenings)

What you bring:

• Native German or very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Driver's license category B
• Technical understanding and affinity for security-relevant systems
• Physically fit and resilient
• Independent, conscientious, and team-oriented working style
• Willingness to work changing shifts within the shift system from Monday to Sunday between 14:00 – 05:00
