As part of our multicultural team, you ensure impeccable cleanliness and order for patients in the acute department and you are the contact person for the staff (around 22 employees, approx. 18 full-time positions) during the absence of the Head of Housekeeping. An engaging and meaningful job in a unique environment awaits you. Together with the team, you cover early and late shifts as well as weekends (1-2 times one day per month). Your working hours vary depending on the shift between 06:00 and 16:00 – there are no split shifts.

The position is suitable for people with good expertise in housekeeping – initial leadership experience is an advantage.

As a team member of our housekeeping department, you are responsible for cleaning patient rooms and public areas according to applicable hygiene standards. Bed cleaning and laundry supply for the patient houses assigned to you also fall within your responsibilities. In the absence of the Head of Housekeeping, you are also the contact person for all employees in the department, create and plan the shifts with the team, and ensure a high quality of service.

You enjoy working with personal contact and have an understanding of people with different moods and in various life situations. You have completed training in cleaning/housekeeping and have several years of professional experience in a relevant field. Your fluent German skills (at least level C1) help you communicate within the team and with patients. Hygiene and cleaning quality are your top priorities? Then you have piqued our interest.
