How your everyday life is shaped
- You organize and coordinate the versatile daily nursing routine as the person responsible for the day in a department with geriatric bridging services, palliative care, and long-term care
- You work closely with the medical service of HOCH Spital Wil
- You are co-responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and adjusting the nursing process and are supported by nursing experts
- You value exchange within the team, with therapists, the medical team, the counseling center, and take on interprofessional rounds, roundtable discussions, and coordination meetings
- You accompany and support trainees and students in the challenging nursing everyday life and in their learning situations

- You have a diploma recognized in Switzerland as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH and very good German skills
