The Nursing Directorate is looking for the Internal Medicine wards (30 and 24 beds) of HFR Tafers,
Health Specialist (FaGe)
40-100% permanent contract
Tasks
- You provide high-quality care in collaboration with the patient and their environment, taking into account the applicable care guidelines.
- You welcome patients according to the applicable professional standards and the department-specific organisation.
- You perform medical-technical and nursing tasks within the defined competence area.
- In addition, you take on tasks in logistics, administration, and housekeeping.
- You contribute to the further development of the department.
- You ensure interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate in it.
- You work closely in a tandem model with our nursing professionals and thus jointly care for our patients as a team.
- You support trainees and interns.
Profile
- You hold the EFZ as a Health Specialist (FaGe).
- Fluent German language skills (min. B2), knowledge of French is an advantage.
- You are proficient in common IT programmes.
- You practise your profession with joy, are motivated, a team player, flexible, and resilient.
- You work reliably, conscientiously, and gladly take on responsibility.
- You bring communication skills and social competence.
- If interested, there is the possibility to take on the role of vocational trainer.

The Nursing Directorate is looking for the Internal Medicine service
(2 units of 24 beds and 30 beds) with a German-speaking and French-speaking patient base of HFR Tafers,
Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC)
40-100% / Permanent Contract
Your duties
- Provide quality care in partnership with the patient and their relatives, respecting the current care philosophy and with a focus on continuous improvement
- Welcome and support patients according to current professional standards and the organisation of the service
- Provide quality technical care
- Also assume tasks in logistics, administration, and hospitality
- Contribute to the development of the service
- Ensure interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate in it
- Work in pairs with the nurse to jointly ensure patient care
- Supervise, support, and advise learners and interns
Your profile
- CFC as Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC)
- Fluent German (min. B2) or willingness to develop it, knowledge of French is an asset
- Proficiency in common IT tools
- Dynamic and constructive attitude
- Social skills, team spirit, and ease in communication
- If interested, possibility to work as a company trainer (FEE) or to follow the corresponding training
