Our client is a recognised, Christian specialist clinic for psychosomatics, psychiatry and psychotherapy with inpatient, day clinic and outpatient treatment services. They treat patients based on scientifically oriented, professionally sound and humanly committed medicine. We are looking for an immediate start or by arrangement a
Dietitian / Dietitian EFZ 80-100%
Task:
Co-responsibility for healthy and cost-adjusted catering for patients, guests and staff. Preparation of meals and diet meals for our patients. Co-design of the diet menu plan and participation in events and aperitifs. Checking goods deliveries for quantity and quality. Compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP.
Requirements:
Cook EFZ with several years of professional experience. Further training as a dietitian or willingness to obtain it. High degree of independence and commitment. Quality awareness, team spirit, flexibility as well as innovative and economical thinking and acting. Willingness to work weekends. Support of the Christian basic attitude.
