Around 120 employees from various specialist areas work together with commitment and ensure holistic care.

Health Specialist EFZ / Nursing Specialist HF with Vocational Training Responsibility - Day Shift
Your tasks
- Holistic, individual and resource-oriented care and support of our residents
- Further development of care concepts, standards and guidelines
- Ensuring a high quality of care and support
- Professional electronic care documentation
- Accompanying, promoting and assessing our trainees
- Collaboration with relatives and interdisciplinary specialists
- Participation in the organisation and coordination of everyday nursing
Your profile
- Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ or qualified Nursing Specialist HF
- Vocational trainer course or willingness to complete it
- Enjoyment in accompanying and promoting trainees
- Independent, responsible and structured way of working
- Team spirit, empathy and strong communication skills
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- High social competence and communication skills
- Sense of responsibility, resilience and ability to work in a team
