These are your tasks
- You ensure smooth daily operations as well as professional and efficient event processes
- In the absence of the team leader, you take on leadership responsibility, support the team appreciatively and promote its development purposefully
- You consistently implement HACCP guidelines, support quality assurance and actively participate in training sessions
- You work closely with the team leader and the hotel and service management team, contributing your expertise to exciting projects and further developments
This is what you bring
- You have a basic vocational training in gastronomy (EFZ), complemented by solid experience in leading larger teams
- You possess very good IT user skills (such as the Microsoft Office suite) as well as confident German language skills; additional languages are an advantage
- You are a flexible, communicative and solution-oriented personality with a strong customer focus, coaching skills and visionary thinking
- You work independently, responsibly and quickly adapt to new situations
