Your Qualification
- Diploma in Nursing HF with solid practical knowledge
- Leadership personality with appropriate further training
- Communication skills at all levels
- High commitment, willingness to shape and initiative
- Knowledge of InterRAI HomeCare
- Driving licence category B
Your Core Tasks
- Implementation of the public Spitex service mandate
- Evaluation, consultation and planning of service needs
- Creation of duty and deployment planning
- Cooperation with doctors, authorities and insurers
- Staff management
- Representation of the Spitex organisation within the management
