Employee Business Support / Front Desk (m/f/d)

What can you expect?

• You are the first point of contact for our customers at reception.
• You provide information on basic products such as cards and support our customers in using the digital Raiffeisen offerings.
• You manage our ATMs and ensure smooth operation.
• You receive customer concerns, prioritise them and forward them to the responsible departments.
• You process customer orders and support our advisors with administrative tasks, for example with card, account and securities orders.

What do you bring with you?

• Enjoyment in contact with people as well as a friendly and professional manner.
• Commercial basic training or comparable professional experience.
• Reliable, independent and structured way of working.
• Affinity for digital solutions and modern technologies.
• Interest in active participation in projects.
• Regional roots or a connection to the Prättigau-Davos region is an advantage.
• Willingness to work at the locations Schiers, Küblis and Davos.
