About the job

In the field of vocational education, we support young people aged 16 to 25 with mild cognitive and/or psychological impairments within the framework of a vocational measure supported by the IV.

As an integration coach, you take on case management for around 17 young people and accompany them as they enter the professional world. In doing so, you work closely with partner companies in the primary labour market and represent the vocational education sector professionally both internally and externally.

Your Tasks

<ul> <li>Case management and individual support of young people in the integration process</li> <li>Advice and support for entry into training and the working world</li> <li>Collaboration with partner companies, specialist agencies and contacts</li> <li>Writing structured progress reports and documentation</li> <li>Coordination and assurance of sustainable integration processes</li> <li>Active participation in an interdisciplinary team</li> </ul>

Your Profile

<ul> <li>Tertiary qualification in the social, health or care sector</li> <li>Ideally further training or experience in job coaching or case management</li> <li>Engaging, communicative personality with confident demeanour</li> <li>Strong organisational skills and enjoyment in coordinating multiple processes and stakeholders simultaneously</li> <li>Ability to prioritise and maintain an overview even under high workload</li> <li>Independent, structured and forward-looking working style</li> <li>Resilience and flexibility in demanding situations</li> <li>Professional self-concept and reflective working approach</li> <li>High motivation to support young people in their professional development</li> <li>Confidence in report writing and administrative tasks</li> <li>Good user skills in MS Office and Outlook</li> </ul>
