Your Tasks
- Psychiatric care within the framework of the care process and a patient-oriented care system
- Preparation and implementation of individual care planning/application of nursing diagnoses
- Fully digitalised professional management of patient documentation
- Targeted patient observation, social training and promotion of everyday skills
- Implementation of nursing individual and group offers
- Adequate crisis intervention
- Participation in the development and implementation of the structured weekly plan
- Attendance at patient meetings, case discussions, staff meetings, ward rounds and supervisions
- Implementation of in-house standards and guidelines
- Loyal and multiprofessional cooperation with the team, ward management and the management of general psychiatry
- Consideration of operational processes taking into account quality requirements
Your Profile
- Successfully completed training in nursing, e.g. as nursing assistant, nursing specialist, curative education nurse or similar qualifications
- High level of social competence as well as an appreciative and empathetic basic attitude
- Friendly, approachable and professional manner towards patients, relatives and carers as well as external institutions
- Strong team skills, reliability, willingness to cooperate and high commitment
- Confident and respectful communication behaviour in an interdisciplinary environment
