Metalworker – Team Leader as Chief Assembler throughout Switzerland

Activities

Independent management and organization of assembly projects in metal construction
Leadership and coordination of assembly teams on site
Ensuring quality, deadlines, and occupational safety
Contact person for construction management, architects, and customers on site
Assistance in optimizing assembly processes
Reporting and documentation

Requirements

Completed training in metal construction (e.g., metalworker EFZ)
Further training as chief assembler or several years of experience in a comparable position
Leadership experience and pronounced teamwork skills
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Good German skills in spoken and written form
Driver's license category B (BE advantageous)
